Alan is very meticulous when working, he does not rush the job, he checks with you to make sure you are 100% happy. throughout the time he is here. Alan will tidy up before he leaves and makes sure everything is in working order. Alan is always at the end of a phone should you need him. He gave me a number of options and advice for my pond and even purchased all of the equipment that I required on my behalf He turned up today to clean my pond and fit a new pump, filter and skimmer. He was very professional and worked tirelessly despite it being a very hot day. Needed someone to fix the water feature in the garden which needed cleaning and restarting. Rang bark in the morning and the feature was clean and working after an hour or so that afternoon. What more do you need????

Allan assessed my existing pond and physically checked the hidden parts. Gave me a couple of options as to returning it to a usable condition. Electronically sent me the cost of parts and hourly rate, agreed a date to do the work. Turned up at the agreed time and worked to achieve a very good end product.
